Refund policy
We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final. We do not issue refunds. As in we do wish that you love your items as much as we loved making them for you. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please follow the instructions listed below and contact us as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a replacement your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will have 10 days from the date received of your item to make a claim. To do so you will need the receipt or order number as proof of purchase and also please include a photo of the damaged or defective product with email.

If your replacement is approved well will contact, you with further details on the status of the replacement and any other further details that may be needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items. All sales are final. So exceptions apply to damaged items that will require a claim filed and documentation.
Undeliverable/ Lost in Transit
The fastest way to ensure you get your purchaseditrms delivered to you is to verify your shipping address prior to ordering. If you realize after your order is placed that there is a error please email us at:

As soon as possible so we can try and correct the order before it's marked for shipment.Onrw the order has been completed and marked for shipping the address will not be able to be changed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received your claim, and if your claim is approved you will receive another email with replacement order shipment details and estimated arrival date.
