GENERAL
What type of wax do you use?
We use Coconut soy wax in our Lux candles, which is a blend of coconut wax and soy wax. It's eco-friendly, clean-burning, and burns slowly.
What's in your fragrances?
Our fragrances are a safe and non-toxic blend of essential oils and fragrance oils. The majority of our products are made with only fragrance oil.
Our candle fragrances are safe and non-toxic and approved for candle use by the International Fragrance Association. The IFRA sets the standards for fragrance oil safety.
What type of wick do you use in your Lux Candles?
We use eco-friendly candle wicks made from 100% cotton braided with a paper filament to increase rigidity. Which makes them burn cleaner and minimize soot.
What is the diffuser base made of?
Our diffuser base splendid blend of silicones and organic compounds that aids in releasing the fragrance into the air. It doesn't contain alcohol OR DPF, which can clog the reeds and evaporate quicker. It's VOC compliant in all 50 states when the recommended fragrance load is used.
Are the room sprays skin safe?
It's designed to let you indulge in fragrance. Freshen up your space with just a few quick sprays.
Do not use this product for any skin care or body spray. You can use it for a quick burst of freshness in the air or on bedding or linen.
Our room sprays are phthalate-free, VOC-compliant, and biodegradable
Gel Wax
What is Gel Candle Wax?
Gel wax is a combination of mineral oil and polymer resin, created with exceptional safety in respect of the flash points of the materials. It is clear and gives off about 40% more glow.
Gel wax burns hotter but slower than and will last longer than traditional candles.
My candles arrived and the gel wax has shifted?
It's common for gel wax to move or shift during shipping due to high temperatures and the nature of the wax itself, and rough handling during transport.
If your candle has shifted, place your candle upright on a level surface and let it sit for a few hours or even a day at room temperature. Gel wax will normally settle back in place on its own.
If your candle is heavily damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Please scrutinize your order upon arrival and let us know within 7 days after receiving your package if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damage, order number, and email us at keemakescents@yahoo.com.
Are Gel Wax Candles safe?
Yes, they are! We have and continue to test our gel candles thoroughly to confirm that fragrance blends burn safely and correctly.
Gel wax gives off more heat while burning and burns longer. Please be careful the handling the glass container when candle is lit and while it's cooling.
What wick is used in the Gel Candles?
We use a zinc core wick in our gel candles. These wicks are cotton braids with an inner zinc core.

What's the processing time for my order?
Processing times are 3-5 business days. These days are to create a fantastic candle for you. We hand-pour every candle for that uniqueness, just for you.
Once your candle has shipped, you will receive an email with the projected arrival date and a tracking link. Be on the lookout for good things coming soon!
How will I know my order has shipped?
When your order ships you will receive an email from us with an estimated arrival date and a tracking link for your package from the shipping carrier you chose when you placed the order.
Can I return or exchange a candle in my order?
Sorry, at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your candle is heavily damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Please scrutinize your order upon arrival and let us know within 7 days after receiving your package if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damage, order number, and email us at keemakescents@yahoo.com.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
We do understand that plans change. However, to be fair to our team and other clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations after your order has been placed. Please note that cancellations after 24 hours will not be honored, and your order will be processed and shipped to you.
My address in wrong on my order!
Immediately, contact us with the button at the bottom of the page or email keeemakescents@yahoo.com. Please provide the order details and correct address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to update the address. If it has shipped, you can reach out to the shipping carrier to ask if they can redirect or hold your package for pickup.

My order is saying delivered, but it's not here!
First, verify that the delivery address on the tracking information is correct. Sometimes the shipping carrier may mark packages as delivered prematurely. Give it a day or two, then contact the shipping carrier.
Essentially check with family members, neighbors, and other places that carriers may place boxes (such as porches, inside your fence, under a bench) when someone is not at home.
My candle was broken during shipping?
Sorry that your candle didn't arrive in optimal condition. We package with care, but despite our best efforts, breakage still occurs.
Please do not burn a broken candle. Handle with care and dispose of properly. If you attempt to place a broken candle in another container to burn. You do so at your own risk, and Kee Make Scents is not liable for the outcome.
